LOCTITE DRI 204 – Pre-applied high-strength threadlocking film for fasteners with plated surfaces
In high-volume applications, especially when you need to lock plated and stainless steel fasteners for immediate use, turn to LOCTITE® DRI 204. This 2-part, high-strength threadlocker is pre-applied and activated during assembly, curing to provide excellent resistance to vibration loosening. Ideal for locking carburettor screws, transmission nuts, head bolts, HGV axle bolts and tower bolts, and for sealing transmission bolts and pipe plugs and fittings.
As a pre-applied film, this threadlocker is dry to the touch and remains an inert coating until assembly. Ideal for high-volume applications on plated and stainless-steel fasteners.
