LOCTITE 601 – High-strength, low-viscosity retaining compound for filling small gaps
LOCTITE® 601 is a green, high-strength retaining compound for bonding cylindrical fitting parts. It is designed for applications requiring a permanent bond and is suitable for a maximum diametrical clearance of 0.1 mm (0.004"). This low-viscosity dimethacrylate ester acrylic liquid cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. It is designed to prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It has a 25-minute fixture time on steel and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (-67°F to 302°F).
