LOCTITE 567 - Thread Sealant - 250ml

LOCTITE 567 – White, general-purpose thread sealant for an instant low-pressure seal

LOCTITE® 567 is a white, 1-part thread sealant designed for the locking and sealing of tapered metal pipe threads and fittings. As an anaerobic-curing thread sealant, it cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Its high lubricating properties prevent galling on stainless steel, aluminium and all other metal pipe threads, and allows ease of assembly. The product offers high temperature performance and tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids. Meets the performance requirements of KIWA GASTEC QA AR 214 for admixtures up to and including 100% hydrogen gas – certifications are available in select countries.

A 1-part, low-strength, high-viscosity thread sealant that is UL-classified and ideal for tapered, coarse threads. Its high lubricating properties make it well suited for the easy assembly of stainless steel fittings.
