LOCTITE 496 – Very low-viscosity adhesive for metal bonding
LOCTITE® 496 is a very low-viscosity, general purpose instant adhesive which is particularly suited to bonding metal substrates. It has a fixture time of 10–30 seconds, and its very low viscosity makes it ideal for very tight gaps and close-fitting parts. It can also be used for the bonding of rubbers and plastics, including difficult-to-bond plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) when used in conjunction with a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 770.
A 1-part, transparent, fast-fixturing, instant adhesive that is particularly suited to bonding metal substrates. Very low viscosity for close-fitting part assemblies.
